What You’ll Do:

✔ Client & Partner Development – Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, corporate partners, and referral networks.
 Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
 Proposal Development & Negotiation – Create compelling proposals, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
 Community Engagement – Represent 495 Movers at local events, charity drives, and business expos to increase brand awareness and connect with local organizations.
 Market Research & Strategy – Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitors, and help shape our sales and marketing strategies.
 Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
 Close Deals & Drive Revenue – Leverage your negotiation skills, intuition, and ability to connect with people to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • 🔹 1+ years of business development, sales, or relocation industry experience (moving & logistics experience a plus).
  • 🔹 A natural ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and build trust.
  • 🔹 Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close high-value deals.
  • 🔹 Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • 🔹 Self-motivated with a hunter’s mindset—you thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment.
