• Manage and lead a team of movers and drivers, ensuring proper training and motivation for delivering high-quality service.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and oversee fleet activity and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Spanish-speaking proficiency at a high level is a strong advantage.
